JV North has named the firms that will help deliver its £500m house building push across the North West, with seven contractors selected for the top £12m+ project lot.

The social housing consortium’s latest four-year framework aims to build around 3,000 homes, with call-offs due to start in August.

Top-tier firms picked for the highest value lot include Vistry Partnerships, Rowlinson, Seddon Construction, Watson Construction, Breck Homes, Eric Wright Construction and Termrim Construction.

Three construction lots were offered in total, covering schemes valued up to £4m, £4m–£12m, and over £12m. More than 20 contractors secured spots across the bands.

The framework also covers a wide range of consultancy roles, including architectural design, employers agents, engineering services, clerks of works and principal designers. Firms such as Arcus Consulting, Curtins, Bowker Sadler and Pozzoni were among the many selected.
