Work will start on site next month in Station Road, Hampton where Cinnamon Care Collection is transforming the site into a 75-bed home.
Kori will be demolishing an existing warehouse on the site before building a new care home behind the retained facade of an existing Victorian former police station on the site.
Completion is expected by the end of 2027.
Kori said: “This landmark scheme includes basement construction, the preservation of the existing façade, and meticulous work alongside the historic police station.
“We’re committed to creating a care home that honours its surroundings while offering modern, comfortable living spaces that enhance the well being of residents and the wider community.
“Beyond the buildings themselves, this project will deliver tangible social and economic benefits through our dedicated Social Value Action Plan, including local job creation and community engagement initiatives.
“We look forward to bringing this vision to life and continuing to support Cinnamon Care Collection in creating outstanding care environments.”
