Launched in London last summer, the online platform connects construction companies looking to hire temporary staff with temporary recruitment agencies specialising in construction (trades & labour, white collar, Engineering, M&E) and administrative roles.
Caroline Pegden, TempaGoGo Director, said: “The latest JobsOutlook REC survey in April 2019 shows that Construction is the sector where employers anticipate the greatest challenges in terms of availability temporary candidates.
“The Federation of Master Builders survey for Q1 2019 showed for example that 64% of firms had experienced difficulties hiring bricklayers.
“We want to help construction companies access talent and skills more easily, even for last minute requests, so that they can grow their business and adapt to demand flexibly”.
The investment will allow TempaGoGo to fuel its marketing activities, expand its clients’ reach and develop further its network of temporary recruitment agencies in the UK.
