Its major mixed-use build to rent development in Barking will see over 200 flats built in two connected high-rise blocks.
Immediately to the north of Barking rail and underground station, the existing Trocoll House site will be completely demolished, making way for what will be the tallest building scheme to date in the ambitious town centre regeneration plan.
Consultant McBains is providing architecture, project management and cost management services for the project.

McBains has already overseen the development of similar innovative living spaces, including the £115m Delancey and Oakmayne Properties Elephant Road development in the Elephant and Castle regeneration zone which will complete this autumn, comprising 373 rental units, retail units, restaurants and a cinema.
