We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at Caunton Engineering. This role will be crucial in managing and expanding our sales efforts, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving new business opportunities across the structural steel sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in engineering sales, ideally within the steel fabrication industry.
- A proven track record in business development and sales.
- An established network within structural steel, construction, or civil engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
