The joint venture revealed it had acquired a 2-acre freehold and 17-acre leasehold interest with 32 years remaining in a regeneration site formerly home to Tate and Lyle.
It said the 19-acre site has been cleared and remediated, and is vacant except for an office building and two warehouses totalling 128,000 sq ft.
The joint venture will develop a masterplan to bring forward the development of a residential-led, mixed-use scheme on the site which has 500m of Thames frontage and is adjacent to the O2 Arena.
