The pair are looking for firms to help them on a four-year contract providing Decent Homes improvement works on almost 4,000 homes in the region.
Initial work will cover kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, brickwork, window and door replacement, loft insulation, disabled adaptations, rewiring and electricals, plumbing and heating, flooring, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating.
The event is being hosted by Constructionline on Wednesday 27 March 2013 in Coalville.
