The next generation framework will replace the current EN Procure Elemental Works arrangement when it ends in November 2015 and is worth up to £360m.
The four-year framework due to come into use in April 2015 will cover planned and cyclical maintenance projects for social housing.
EN hopes to signs up specialist contractors able to deliver kitchen and bathroom installation, heating and ventilation, electrical installation, brickwork and masonry, roofing, painting, solar photovoltaic installations, and whole house improvement works.
The framework has been structured to allow all sizes of firms to take part across a mass of lots.
A single stage open procedure tender process will be run through the Procure Plus website. Firms need to express an interest by 10 November and can contact Kate Roberts on 0161 874 1831 for more details.
Efficiency North Ltd Chief Executive Lee Parkinson said: “The EN Procure Installers Framework is the next generation of our elemental works framework.
“I very much hope that contractors of all sizes will embrace the opportunity to win a place on the framework as we have done all that we can to streamline the framework procurement process whilst maintaining the high standards we expect from our framework contractors.”
