B&K, which beat other warehouse specialists Winvic and McLaren during tendering, will deliver three buildings of 350,000 sq ft, 165,000 sq ft and 60,000 sq ft designed for the logistics and distribution industry.
The £51m investment is being funded by M&G Real Estate with work expected to start next month.
Andrew Cox, of Rigby Real Estate, said: “With full planning consent now granted and the contractor in place, the development will move at a pace and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2017.
“We have had strong interest in the units because the site is ideally situated for logistics operators and manufacturers.
“Imperial Park will make a very positive contribution to the Coventry and Warwickshire and wider regional economy.”
B&K regional director, John Clarke, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract by Rigby Real Estate and look forward to working closely with the Client and his team to successfully deliver this prestigious project.”
