Capita put the division up for sale in January as part of a transformation programme in the wake of Carillion’s collapse.
Constructionline is part of the Supplier Assessment Services business which also includes Acclaim and Safety Climate Tool.
The whole division has been acquired by Warburg Pincus and its underlying revenue and operating profit were £14m and £6m respectively in the year to 31 December 2017.
Constructionline provides procurement and supply chain management services to the industry.
It puts buyers in touch with suppliers and makes life easier for contractors with its standardised PQQ system.

Constructionline also hosts regular Meet the Buyer and Supplier Engagement events across the country.
Capita bought Constructionline from the government in 2015 for £35m.
