The deals will see Prime build a new £3.5m drama centre for St Paul’s School in Barnes, west London and refurbish the school’s sports complex under a separate contract valued at £1.1m.

Jon Gates, Divisional Director for Prime, said: “These two projects are a real coup for Prime.

“It is our success as a construction specialist to date that led us to rebrand, in order to expand further without detracting from the other parts of the group.

“For us, winning these multi-million pound contracts reinforces why we needed to make this move and confirms that we do have the potential to meet our significant growth projections.”

Prime is targeting contracts up to £15m across all sectors.
