Jones, who joined Wates in 1992, and oversaw Wates’ position on Scape’s East Midlands Property Alliance provincial and intermediate and frameworks.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the delivery of construction projects based out of Wates’ Birmingham office in Quinton.
