The firm, which was set up five years ago, employed around 50 staff and worked for a host of main contractors across the region, including Galliford Try, ISG and Kier.
It specialised in reinforced concrete foundations, roads and drainage infrastructure, operating from its base in Preston.
Taybridge is understood to have been working as drainage and paving contractor on Vinci’s £8.5m Preston hospital’s critical unit extension.
Administrators from FRP Advisory took control of the business last week.
