Jon McRae and Andrew Arpino become commercial directors for National Highways and Local Authorities business streams, respectively.
McRae joins from Balfour Beatty where he was commercial director holding senior roles on major projects such as the A14 and HS2.

Meanwhile, Alpino is promoted after being with the business for nine years, progressing through a number of roles in that time.
The newly-created roles come on the back of a recent realignment of the Infrastructure team which saw three business streams of National Highways, Local Authorities and Major Projects brought together.
Both will work with Richard Towse, infrastructure commercial director.
