This strategic move brings the two areas together, streamlining operations and aligning them with the size and geographic scope of its regional counterparts.

It follows the merger of the south east and south west offices a year ago into a southern region to simplify business operation.

The firm said the consolidation would allow expertise to penetrate further into the region’s established commercial and infrastructure sectors while maintaining its presence in the slower housing market.
