The contract, awarded for an initial 8.5-year term with the option to extend for a further four years, has an estimated total value of £1.25bn over 12.5 years.
It covers the design, construction, inspection and maintenance of Westminster’s public highway assets, including carriageways, footways, street lighting, drainage, bridges and structures, alongside support for a range of regulatory functions.
