Details of the programme estimated to be worth £150-£250m will be set out at an industry day on 4 June at Edes House, Wessex Sussex’s County Hall.
The works include construction or improvement works, on or off highway, soft and hard landscaping and bridge maintenance schemes.
The new multi-council framework will be divided into two key lots covering smaller jobs under £2m, worth a total of £30-£40m, and larger design and build projects above this threshold, accounting for £160m-plus of forecast spend.
Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, Brighton and Hove Council are all signed up to the framework.
