The office has already secured a £6.7m housing development in Dundee for Home Scotland and a contract worth £24.5m to complete work on Diageo’s bottling hall scheme at Leven and a cooperage project at Cambus.

This latest investment is part of ISG’s national expansion and diversification strategy, which has seen the construction, fit out and management services business opening new offices in Cardiff, Liverpool and Newcastle.

The firm also recently relocated its Birmingham team into larger premises to support its growth.

ISG will commence work on the 16,500 m2 new bottling hall at the Leven packaging plant immediately and make every effort possible to ensure that the project is completed in line with original plans.

Mill O Mains’ residents in Dundee will also see the re-commencement of the first phase of a major £45 million regeneration scheme, with ISG delivering 65 new homes for rent for social enterprise client Home Scotland.
