The big social housing group expects to spend between £1.2bn and £1.6bn across six regions covering the South East and East Midlands over this period.
On an annual basis, each framework lot should see a steady flow of over £20m of investment from the housing group’s main trading associations, which together run 61,000 homes.

- Lot 2 Responsive works in the Central and West Midlands regions (£240m – £350m)
- Lot 3 Responsive work in the Southern region (£153m – £220m)
- Lot 4 Planned & Cyclical works in the Eastern region (£156m – £220m)
- Lot 5 Planned & Cyclical works in the Central and West Midlands regions (£188m – £270m)
- Lot 6 Planned & Cyclical works in the Southern region (£293m – £340m)
Framework breakdown by region
Procurement bosses at Circle will allow contractors to bid for up to three lots, but one of these must be either a responsive repair or planned maintenance package.
Circle will be holding a bidders day event in London on Wednesday 3 August and further details will be set out in the pre-qualification questionnaire.
