Three contractors have secured all 10 regional lots on the new national Procure Partnerships framework estimated to be potentially worth up to £8bn.

Liverpool-based Procure Partnerships is rolling out its North West framework model nationally with nine extra regional framework agreements.

BAM, Kier and Morgan Sindall swept the board with places on all 10 regional panels.

Last year the pilot North West region procured over £200m of projects in collaboration with public sector clients including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Universities.

In total 23 contractors secured places on the new framework, which has also been split into two value bands in each region: £4-12m and £12m+.

Framework director, Robbie Blackhurst, said:  “The Procure Partnerships Framework has been structured to offer clients an OJEU and PCR15 compliant route to market.

“Clients can choose between running single-stage fully priced tenders, two-stage mini competitions, or to direct award.

“We are excited to now take our proven and successful framework model across England and Wales and work with clients to not only deliver successful procurement exercises, but also successful projects”

He added: “We also recognise that the delivery of measurable social value is key for our public sector clients, and as such we have pledged to invest 12% of each projects value back into social value activates while giving our public sector clients control over where that money is best spent”
