Up to £200m of work is expected to be spent through the framework over the next four years covering highways and a full range of civils project work.
More than 20 firms have gained places on the framework lots, which have been split to include major new build work, resurfacing and a series of smaller regional packages.
Welsh civil engineering contractor Alun Griffiths dominated the framework with a place on virtually all the framework panels.
