The three firms beat Morgan Sindall, Taylor Woodrow and Octavius to places on the deal.
The framework will be used to deliver multi-disciplinary infrastructure and construction projects across the capital, taking schemes from early contractor involvement through design, construction and completion.
TfL said the workbank is expected to include the £60m Elephant & Castle and £80m South Kensington underground station upgrades, Trams Rolling Stock Replacement Power and Depot and Infrastructure Works, and its £200m Step Free Access programme.
Further schemes can be added during the life of the framework.
The deal will run initially for two years from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2028, with options to extend by up to a further two years.
