The Role

We are on the lookout for a commercially astute and forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a construction project in our thriving Torsion Construction Northern region.

You'll be joining as either a Senior or Quantity Surveyor in a supportive, growing team where your voice is heard, and your expertise will make a difference. This is more than just a numbers game — it’s an opportunity to shape the project’s financial strategy and execution from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll bring your expertise to lead and take ownership of the commercial aspects on a construction project, managing costs, driving value and ensuring project success.

Working closely with project teams, you will also manage cost planning, oversee valuations, variations, and prepare final accounts.

You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate monthly CVRs to support effective project forecasting and financial control.
