Mechanical Contractors Ashfield (MCA) are a successful M+E contractor undertaking design & installation projects all over the UK. Turnover is circa £15m, and projects vary from £500k to £7m. We work in all types of commercial buildings and have a particular specialism in hotels.

We are therefore looking to recruit a couple of ambitious HVAC members.

Criteria:

• Site based Mechanical HVAC Co-ordinator. London/South East Based.

Experienced in managing and liasing with HVAC trade contractor, Electrical contractor and main contractor.

• Mechanical HVAC Project Manager. London/South East Based. Or Midlands.

The ability to take a Mechanical HVAC projects from estimate to completion is the ideal.

Knowledge.

All types of Air Conditioning & Ventilation. Heating and Pipework. Sanitary and drainage. The ideal candidates will have as many as the keys skills as possible. We recognise that we will be lucky to find anyone with all these skills.

Capable of multi-tasking several projects at different stages.

Negotiation and procurement of sub contract packages.

Project Management.

Cost Management.

Design. HND or equivalent.

Estimating & Budgeting.
