Who are we looking for? 

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator in this new role to support the growth of our business in the Midlands.

If you have experience in cost planning including measurement from stage 2, 3 and 4 general arrangement drawings to produce builder's quantities and compilation, this could be the job for you!

Populating your cost plan to support development appraisals, design solutions, validation of designs and benchmarking will be second nature to you.

As will working on a variety of tendering forms, whilst identifying opportunities to add value throughout the project process. Fully engaging with the pre-construction team members will ensure you are supported both by the local Pre-Construction Manager and the wider team at Head Office.

So if you are experienced in everything from tendering and development of Stage 3 and Stage 4 design information into robust sub-contract enquires for quotation to preparing financial information for settlement meetings at each Gateway stage including Financial Close/Contract Sum, we want to talk to you about our plans to work on predominantly high-rise residential projects and other local opportunities.
