The contracts will see CField build a combined 1,269 purpose-built student beds and 79 affordable homes, with both developments due to open for the 2028 academic year.
The biggest award is a £97m mixed-use scheme at Wood Green in north London. The project comprises a 636-bed PBSA block alongside 79 affordable homes and new public realm areas.
CField has also broken ground on a £79m scheme on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. The development will provide 633 student beds while retaining a 1930s Art Deco façade and reinstating the historic Wellington Arcade as part of a wider regeneration of the city-centre site.
The twin wins deepen the relationship between CField and Fusion as both firms continue to expand their presence in the UK living sector.
The firm, originally founded in County Cork, has operated in the UK for around 15 years.
Gavin O’Flaherty, managing director of CField Construction, said: “Securing these two major contracts with Fusion Group is an important milestone for CField Construction and a strong endorsement of our team’s delivery capability in the living sector.”
André Ferdinand, projects director at Fusion Group, said: “Wood Green and Sauchiehall Street are pivotal to our growth strategy, and CField’s proven delivery capability aligns with our strategic priorities of opening two high quality developments for the 2028 intake.”
