The works for the housing association will be spread across locations in the south.
The housing association said it expects to sign up around 18 firms to bid for new work packages as they come up during the four-year framework.
The work covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire will be split into three lots.
The smallest lot of contracts up to £1.5m will account for an estimated £69m total spend.
Lot 2 covering work up to £5m is expected to deliver a total spend of £120m.
Lot 3 for works over £5m should account for £110m of the BPHA’s total spending.
The deadline for further information and documents is 20 August.
