The firm has just signed a contract worth £45m to build 545 new council houses for West Lothian Council. Homes for rent will be built at Whitburn, Bathgate and Livingston, over a 30-month period.
Construction work is set to start in January 2011.
Lovell has also won a place on two affordable housing frameworks in Scotland, valued at £210m.
Glasgow City Council has named the firm on the framework for the second phase of redevelopment of the Maryhill Locks site.
The framework, valued at £75m, runs for a three-year period and involves the development of up to 700 new homes.
Lovell has also secured a position on a £135m framework across Scotland’s central belt.
The framework, set up by Places for People, the property management, development and regeneration business, aims to deliver up to 1,500 new homes over a four-year period.
Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall, said: “These appointments further expand our business in the Scottish market and we look forward to working closely with all three clients.”
