Works to be carried out under the four-year framework will include various mixed use and regeneration projects in the North West and Midlands let under a design and construction contractual arrangement.
Neptune has not identified the exact cost of works but estimates the panel of firms could be involved in jobs worth up to £150m.
The developer is on the look out for large and medium sized contractors that can demonstrate a strong track record recruiting and training local labour on projects.
Firms have until Valentines Day to submit PQQS. Further information is available from Stephen Osuhor at [email protected]
Contractors may be required to initially provide pre-contract advice, before being invited to tender for and undertake construction works.
Neptune Developments is currently engaged in Phase Two of its £60m regeneration scheme at New Brighton in the Wirral.
The structural steelwork is up for a Morrisons supermarket and digital cinema operated by
The Light.
This second phase of construction is due for completion in August 2011.
