Five firms selected for £80 Scottish housing panel

Glasgow-based social landlord, the West of Scotland Housing Association, has selected five firms to handle its £80m building programme over the next four years.

The successful builders are :Cruden, Lovell, CCG Scotland, McTaggart Construction and City Building (Contracts)

Last year the housing association spent £16m building around 152 home. The plan is to step up this building programme using the panel of contractors and bring all its stock up to the Scottish Housing Standard by 2015.
