The association manages around 5,600 properties in six London Boroughs. Last year it spent around £11.9m on housing repairs to meeting Decent Homes standards.
It expects to ramp up this annual spend with a budget on £90m over four years, calling off contracts that range from around £100,000 up to £12m.
The social landlord also plans to build around 300 homes every year in the Thamesmead region where it has developed a strong foothold.
Much of this will be focused on the last phase of the Southmere Housing scheme in the Tavy Bridge area, where Wates has already refurbished two tower blocks.
