The £70m turnover builder from Tameside will build a supported family centre for Liverpool Mutual Homes and a hostel for Liverpool Housing Trust.
Belvidere Hostel family centre will be a four-storey building in Dingle with 16 self-contained units and has a contract value of £3.4m.
The other hostel at Field Lane, Liverpool, has 42 flats and a contract value of £3.8m. Work on this project, which involves the demolition of an existing hostel, started in January.
