The biggest lot covers an area stretching from Cheshire to the Potteries and Derbyshire, worth up to £200m over four years.
The housing associations’ regional procurement agent, Innovation Chain North West, is also searching for firms to sign up to five regional frameworks of small work packages worth between £0.5m and £3.5m. Three others will cover bigger project packages costing up to £10m.
The procurement body, which aims to use lean and modern methods of construction to drive innovation in house building, said total work planned will range from £200m-£500m over four years, depending on how much public funding can be secured.

Manchester-based Great Places Housing Group is acting as the administration centre for the procurement process, covering anything from repairs and modernsiation to mutli-million pounds new build schemes.
