The water company aims to appoint up to eight civil engineering contractors for each of its three regions covering the north, south east and south west.
Firms are being invited to prequalify for the four-year framework, which will cover water and sewer pipe repair packages of between £10,000 to £250,000.
Firms interested in joining the framework have been given until 24 May to submit PQQs.
