The four-year deal has been divided up into five lots covering different counties and values below £2m, from £2m to £4m and above £4m.
The Radian Group is looking to appoint between 20 and 50 contractors to the framework which will focus on new build affordable rented accommodation and key worker properties.
The Swaythling Housing Society is the lead organisation for Radian which consists of Drum Housing Association, Longwood Park Limited, The Swaythling Housing Society, Turnstone Support Limited, Windsor and District Housing Association and Portal Housing.
The groups are Registered Social Landlords covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, and Wiltshire.
