The contract could be extended up to ten years providing responsive repairs across west London.
Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director Mick Williamson said: “We are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with Notting Hill in delivering a first-class service to residents.
“We believe Notting Hill’s ‘Altogether Better’ approach to customer service, in which one housing officer works directly with a much smaller group of tenants, is an exciting new model for the sector and we are enthusiastic about being involved in developing and delivering this vision alongside the Trust.”
The new contract means Willmott Dixon is now responsible for over 135,000 domestic properties across the UK.
