This latest deal will complement its bigger Create framework, which covers projects worth more than £12m.
The housing association expects around 10 building jobs to be placed through the new smaller works deal, worth together around £50m.
Projects will involve residential, commercial, leisure, sport and health jobs and a mix of both new-build and refurbishment works.
The core residential works in most cases will comprise a mix of affordable rent, shared ownership and other tenures.
Newlon appointed 11 contractors to its Create framework, which will cover bigger projects, planned between several London housing associations two months ago.
The line up for this deal is:
- United House
- Durkan
- Galliford
- Mullaley
- Kier
- Willmott Dixon
