The work covers an estimated £47m worth of planned upgrade and new build housing in the Sefton area, but could be rolled out to other areas in the north west.
One Vision Housing is the largest social housing provider in Sefton with over 11,000 homes.
Six firms have been named on the new build housing element of the framework. Big name builders Enterprise, Kier, Bramall, Henry Boot are joined by Lockwoods Construction (Liverpool) and Herbert T Forrest.
