Cyntra estimates about £200m worth of work will be channeled through its new national framework team over four years.
The procurement efficiency body represents a host of councils and housing associations in London and the home counties, some of which operate nationally.
Under the scheme contractors will sign up to a long term qualifying agreement that allows social housing providers to call off work without contravening Official Journal of the European Union tendering rules.
Managing director Peter Woolliscroft said: ”Collectively our members look after over 300,000 homes – that is a massive responsibility for the quality of life of the residents in these homes.”

Cyntra national framework
In September, Cyntra will also unveil its line-up of specialist contractors, selected to carry out tasks like asbestos removal and lift repairs in the London area.
The move is the first stage in building a series of regional frameworks to give client housing bodies access to local specialist firms.
To raise its regional presence Cyntra opened a Sheffield office last month to service customers in the north.
The procurement efficiency group claims to have delivered big savings for its member ALMOs, RSLs and housing associations.
A new case study revealed 40% savings were achieved in cavity wall insulation work compared to benchmarked industry procurement and out-turn costs.
