Big names dive in for £10m Butlins pool

A raft of big name contractors are battling it out to build a new £10m leisure pool at Butlins holiday park in Skegness.

The Enquirer understands that bidders include Willmott Dixon, SDC, Vinci and Bowmer & Kirkland.

All tenders must be in by February 3 for the major revamp of Butlins’ indoor pool area.

Work will include building an extension to the existing pool, construction of a 28 metre flume tower and five external flume rides.

Associated works include enabling, infrastructure, sewer systems and landscaping.
