The estate management and building service is looking for a builder to initially work on the stage 1 design phase of a 2 stage develop and construct contract.

Architect RMJM has already been brought on board to work up designs for the new merged faculty building and the contractor will be appointed at at the end of RIBA Stage D.

Works are expected to start on site in March 2013 with completion in June 2015 at the University’s West Cambridge site next to the M11.
