Matt Beasley, Project Director at Lend Lease said: “These practices have been appointed to the design panel for the commercial workplace element of the TIQ Stratford City project.
“The panel approach means the development team can match firms to individual plots and deliver concurrently”.
TIQ will comprise 4m sq ft of Grade ‘A’ office space, a new hotel and 350 homes.
Outline planning consent has been secured and construction can start following the completion of the Games, when the site will be handed over by Olympic Delivery Authority, providing possession to occupiers in late 2014 / early 2015.
The architectural element of the panel comprises BDP, Gensler, Pringle Brandon Drew, TP Bennett and Woods Bagot.
