The group’s refurbishment firm, Mi-space, signed the deal with Plymouth Community Homes, which is regenerating the North Prospect Estate in the city.
The major regeneration involves demolishing and rebuilding 1,200 homes, which is already well underway, and refurbishing the remaining 302 homes, which Mi-space will perform.
Mi-space will carry out structural repairs to give properties a 30-year life span, including re-roofing, cladding external walls, fitting new UPVC windows and doors, as well as kitchen and bathroom replacement.
