Muse will work alongside Rolls-Royce to develop a 67-acre business park and up to 81 acres of housing next its existing production facility at Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
Morgan Sindall’s Muse arm will handle the planning process for the site and deliver upfront infrastructure to allow the first phase to be delivered by 2014.
Rolls-Royce plans include a new factory and employment units that would go hand-in-hand with the proposed building of 800 new homes.
