The university’s orginal plan failed to get planning permission last year on grounds of design and appearance.
A revised scheme was submitted in February to Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The height of the accommodation block has now been reduced from five to four storeys, the materials to be used on external walls have been changed, and the adjacent landscaped area has been redesigned.
Project manager Turner and Townsend is handling the procurement for the university.
PQQs are available from the project management firm and must be completed by 27 May. Email:[email protected]
