The housing association has signed up Breyer and Mulalley for a three-year contract.
Breyer picked up two contracts covering north west and north east London, worth around £21m when bundled together.
Mullaley won the south London package, expected to be worth around £10.1m over the duration of the term contract.
The firms will carry out cyclical decorations to the external building fabric including repairs and replacements including windows and doors, roofs, boundary walls and fencing, paths and estate roads.
The scope also includes asbestos removal and reinstatement works to communal areas, damp proofing, dry rot and mould treatment to communal areas.
