Its pipeline of new build work covers a mix of private homes for sale and affordable housing funded by Government and its own bond issues.
The Trust will split its contractor line-up into two lots covering smaller jobs up to £4m and then major housing schemes. Up to 20 firms could be given a place on the building panel.
A consultants framework is also being placed out to tender, with fee income expected to amount to £30m over the four-year time frame.
