The deal is worth up £100m over the initial seven year term, and includes a provision to extend to 15 years in total.
This integrated repairs and maintenance contract will deliver services to 13,000 properties across East London and Essex. It includes an option to allow neighbouring public sector bodies access to the improved services and reduced costs of Interserve’s approach.
Interserve will deliver a strategic asset management service, advising East Thames Group on the most effective maintenance investments as well as planned and responsive repairs and maintenance.
