An old Odeon cinema between the city’s Queen Street and Central train station will be demolished before the end of the year to allow work to start early in 2013 on the 10-storey building.
The 143,000 sq ft retail and office scheme at 1 West Regent Street is being developed by Mountgrange Real Estate Opportunity Fund and PRUPIM and is the first significant new-build Grade A office building started in Glasgow’s Central Business District in nearly five years.
