The group is made up of six housing associations operating in London and the South East, managing 18,000 existing homes.
The group recently won £33m funding from the Homes and Communities Agency, which will help to deliver its affordable housing programme.
Selected firms will bid to build up to 1,090 new homes for ‘affordable rent’, and 429 homes for shared ownership in a variety of project sizes.
The largest scheme on its books is for Network Stadium Housing Association at Rectory Park in Ealing. This will see 425 homes built in two phase over the next two years with Hill Partnerships acting as development partner.
